The Information You Need

Step 1

Come for a tour! This is the first step in determining whether Intiwasi is the right school for your child. To schedule a tour, press the button below! Tours are scheduled on Fridays upon request between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM and are geared toward the parents. Tours include an overview of our program and viewing of our facilities.

​Step 2

If you feel Intiwasi is a good fit for your child, start our admissions process by adding your child to our waitlist. You may do that by filling out an Application for Admission. Once a spot becomes available, we will notify you via email. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please respond to the email as soon as possible.

 

Step 3

Once we have notified you there is an open spot, download the enrollment package found in the admissions tab of our web page at www.intiwasi.us and submit it via email to info@intiwasi.us or make an appointment by sending an email to info@intiwasi.us to drop off a printed copy at school, M-F between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM​. 

Once your packet is reviewed by our admissions office, we will create your child's profile on Brightwheel, the platform we use for our daily operations. When your child’s profile is created, you will receive an invitation to download the app and join. Once logged in to the app, please take some time to review your child’s information to make sure it is accurate. 

Once you sign up, you will receive a bill via Brightwheel for the enrollment fee of $200, which you must pay online via Brightwheel. Please note that your enrollment won’t be completed until you pay the fee.

Please keep in mind when applying that we only accept children in diapers for our 18 month-3 year old classes. Students 3 years old and older must be potty-trained. 

 

Step 4:

Admissions will create a tuition agreement based on your child's schedule and email to you for your approval via Docusign. Once you get it, review the terms of contract and sign the document.

Once we have received your signed contract we will submit an invoice via Brightwheel for your child’s deposit which is equivalent to one month’s tuition. The deposit is reimbursable and it will be applied to your last month of enrollment when you give us your month’s notice. Please note that if you leave the program with short notice the deposit will not be reimbursed.

 

Step 5 

Speak with school administration to schedule a play date so your child can visit our school and get familiar with staff and students.
